Hope you all are having a fabulous start to your week, I know I am! Late Friday afternoon I received and an email regarding the release of the new summer collection from Domino Dollhouse! I have been awaiting this collection since I saw some teaser photos on facebook a month or so back and was ecstatic when I saw that the first part of the collection had been released!
Urban Mermaids (don’t you just love the name?) is a girly interpretation of the Domino Dollhouse brand and is full of the summers hottest on trend colors- PASTELS and is full of pretty prints, feminine denim and all things girly. With a fresh feminine take on summer street style this new collection is right up my ally and I couldn’t be more excited about it!

I know long time, no outfit post. Excuses are lame but in all honesty June is a really hard month for me (I will elaborate on this on Thursday probably). Anyways I have 3 outfit posts prepared for this week as well so hopefully that will change things up around here
For today’s post I knew I wanted to feature and review the new maxi dress I received from Igigi this month from their Voyage Exotique Collection which I wrote about here. The Naime Maxi Dress is so fantastic I was instantly drawn to it and was absolutely ecstatic when it was sent my way for review!

You all know me, I CAN’T resist an animal print and this striped print was calling my name. I also have been venturing into maxi dresses more and more this summer and when I saw this piece on the site I knew it would be great for an easy glam and fiesty look. I felt like a million bucks in this dress and honestly loved almost everything about it. The only negative was that it was a bit long on me but then again I am only 5’4″ and that is what tailors are for right? I will be shortening this dress so I am able to wear it comfortably with flats since heels haven’t really been my thing lately. However this dress worked just fine with sky high torrid wedges that were just the right color scheme for this look. I received my dress in a size 18/20 per the size charts and it fit amazingly perfect. I have been having a hard time with my bust size lately but this dress was a complete score in the boobie area as it fits ideally! The fabric on this dress and the quality of the design is exactly what I expect from IGIGI and that is flawless! They have nailed it again making a beautiful dress with rich fabrics and a quality that can’t be matched. This dress came with an extra black sash and I used it to elongate the black top of the dress because I have a really long torso. The sash allowed me to customize the appearance of the fit to flatter my curves specifically which I really appreciated and think makes this dress great for all types of curvy figure flattering with or without the sash. Options people options! Overall this dress is fantastic and I love everything about it from the thick straps that work with a bra, the flowing lined skirt and of course the fabric and color choices that made me feel like a Glamazon Queen Of The Jungle!

Aren’t these dress incredible? I am so in love with this collection and while some of these items haven’t hit the IGIGI site yet there are already quite a few in the collection that are definitely drool-worthy including this beautiful Naime Maxi Dress that I will be reviewing next week, so keep an eye out!

This morning I was doing a bit of browsing across the web and when I arrived at Sealed With A Kiss Designs I absolutely knew I had to share my favorites from their new summer arrivals! I have always been a fan and supporter of SWAK Designs and so many of their pieces are frequents in my wardrobe. Their great fabric choices that are high quality, soft and cozy and their great prices (seriously everything is under $100!) are selling point enough for this girl, but add in their fantastic designs that are perfect for all different walks of life and no wonder they have been one of my preferred vendors for almost 3 years now! Check out some of the new pieces that I am drooling over and dying to get in my hot little hands:
I spend a lot of time outdoors in the summer whether it be camping, or even just joining friends for a BBQ or bonfire and when it cools down at night I am always looking for something to keep me a bit covered up but also still cute and comfy and I think this hoodie is just the ticket for functionality and fierce fashion!
First off I am absolutely in LOVE with this print! It is absolutely perfect for summer and is so light and bright I can’t resist it. Wrap dresses are also very figure flattering on the curvy curves, easy to wear, and perfect for the office or for wearing out and about while looking fresh and feminine!
Tank tops are a huge staple in my summer wardrobe but they can get a bit sloppy and mundane if you don’t find pieces with that extra something special. The Vivian Tank is beautiful and stands out with the ruffle and lace details that add some sass and style to any look!
I have such mad love for this dress that I already own it in Red and Deep Purple. I am so excited that they have brought it back now in new Summer colors like the coral and yellow. This dress is something I already wear all the time as it is great for any occasion and also probably the most comfortable yet still stylish dress you will find out there!
The print is what caught my eye (you know I love me some animal print) but the interesting cut is what sold me on this top! The wide straps are ideal for those sporting a large set of girls and covers bra straps perfectly. I also love the loose fitting cut and the capability to take this tank top from day to night!
